Associate degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering technician role
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with ERP systems (BOMs, routings, labor/machine tracking)
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
