Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hour shift; Able to push up to 80 lbs. on rollers or wheels.
Math skills: Able to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
Standing & Walking: Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing.

Supervisory skills: Minimum of six (6) months in supervisory/leadership role.
Language skills: Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours.
Visual Requirements: Sufficient visual acuity (e.g., 20/40 with or without correction) is necessary for tasks involving inspection and safe equipment operation.
Minimum height requirement of 60 inches.
Lifting & Material Handling: Operator-level roles may involve lifting up to 25 lb repeatedly throughout the shift; Technician-level roles may involve lifting up to 50 lb multiple times per day, including overhead lifts; Where possible, mechanical aids (e.g., hoists, forklifts) are used.
Fine Motor Skills & Tool Use: Use of both hands is required to operate tools, perform adjustments, and handle assembly materials with precision.
Key Competencies: Able to foam all models, of any size; Able to operate all styles of screw guns; Able to assist in training new operators and fill any line position as needed.
Postural Requirements: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production or maintenance tasks.
Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in a production setting where seasonal temperatures may range from 100-120°F (with humidity) in summer to cooler conditions in winter; High noise levels are common; hearing protection is provided and required; PPE such as ear protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and protective clothing may be required depending on the task.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency.
Experience: Recommended but not required of one (1) year experience performing similar processes.
Work environment: Hot & humid in summer months, cold during winter.
