High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years aviation engine shop or maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating drill presses, taps, reamers, and precision measuring instruments
Experience with threaded insert systems and aviation hardware repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
Familiarity with business jet engines (TFE731, HTF7000, CFE738 preferred)
Knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station procedures preferred

Strong understanding of hydraulic pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems common with industrial machines
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions
