Location: Newark NJ
Assists with short- and long-term planning and assists with financial projections and analysis.
Assists in the development and submission of the annual budget including monthly and forecasting reports as required.
Develops and analyzes fiscal and administrative data.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm
Prepares monthly reconciliations and projections for unrestricted accounts and restricted gift and grant accounts.
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
Reviews and reconciles all expenditures for funding availability and appropriate programmatic support of department's strategic mission and objectives.
As needed, handles departmental administration for pre- and post-award grant administration.

Duties: Under the direction of the Director of Administration and Finance, the Grants Financial Analyst financial support with pre- and post-awards including grants, contracts, and various budget and finance functions on restricted and non-restricted accounts.
Responsible for special projects as assigned by the department.
