Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working 40+ hours per week, including overtime, weekends, day and night work, in town and out of town
5+ years of demolition or construction experience (Foreman or leadership experience preferred)
First Aid, Scissor Lift, and Forklift certifications are a plus (training provided if needed)
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, climb, and use hands and arms fully
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
