Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or federal financial management
Hands-on experience with GFEBS (ERP and BI) for financial analysis and reporting
Experience analyzing and managing large financial datasets
Experience reviewing commitments, obligations, and disbursements for accuracy
Experience researching and resolving ULOs and UMTs
Experience coordinating with DFAS, DCMA, contracting officers, and budget analysts
Familiarity with financial and contracting systems (SOMARDS, MOCAS, EDA, WAWF, SDW)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate results effectively
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
