18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must be comfortable with long periods of walking.
Must have appropriate I9 identifications.
Must be willing to travel 25-30 miles to and from work.
Must understand the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
Must have Swing or Grave shift availability.
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, residents, client employees, or client in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist residents, public, client, Site Supervisors, and Office Management.
Must be open to communication and feedback from client and Office Management.
Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
Must be able to remain organized and professional.
Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation in Colorado Springs if hired.
