High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Accurate data entry and administrative skills.
Knowledge of Quality auditing practices.
Minimum of five (5) years broad experience in support services contracts, preferably in field maintenance operations.
Knowledge of generally accepted standards of workmanship in construction/maintenance of facilities, grounds, and power distribution systems.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of environmental issues relating to contractual requirements.
Basic knowledge of OSHA & regulations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.
Valid state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
May be required to enter confined spaces.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and follow safe lifting procedures.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision.
Ability to use tools, equipment, chemicals, etc. to perform essential functions of the job.
Ability to use standard office equipment /tools as may be required for the position (computer, phone, copy machine, hand-held radio, etc.).
