Adequate understanding of the credit union's products and services to allow for effective cross selling
Outreach activities such as answering the phone and routing calls
Promote credit union products and services
Maintain a clean and neat work area
Maintain good working relationship with members, coworkers and the Board of Directors
Attend credit union functions as requested
Ability to speak clearly, be outgoing, and ask for new business
Experience with cash handling
