Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume customer-facing environment.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong grammar, and the ability to professionally interact with clients, peers, and management.
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing priorities, and perform well under pressure.
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: Full-time, Onsite (Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time; schedule may vary after training)
Training duration ranges from 5 to 7 weeks.
On-the-job training (OJT) provided by certified mentors and subject matter experts.
Representatives can expect to handle approximately 40–60 calls per day once fully trained and onboarded.

Two years' experience in a leadership role in a healthcare, laboratory, or high volume production environment; alternately, one years' experience and an associate's degree or higher in business, healthcare, or other related field may be substituted or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Evidence of increasing supervisory or management experience
A significant understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of different software is required.
Oral/written communication skills, analytical/strategic skills required.
