High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)
Read, write, speak and understand English
Work closely with sales executives and proven knowledge of the sales cycle
Knowledge of Metro Ethernet technologies (EPL, EVPL, ELAN), LANs, WANs, email, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs and data security methods
Sales skills in presentation and proposal design
Understanding of networking technologies: TCP/IP, IP VPN, MPLS, VPLS, Ethernet, VoIP, SONET, DWDM
Familiarity with networking fundamentals: routers, switches, LAN, MAN, WAN, DS3, OC-x, CSU/DSU and CPE
Consultative approach with strong knowledge of converged multimedia applications
Experience with voice networking including VoIP, signaling protocols, PBX, and routing protocols: BGP, ISIS, OSPF, RIP and emerging technologies
Understanding of business drivers, industry trends and regulatory shifts in targeted vertical markets
Proficiency with MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance coverage
Travel required

Business Support Analyst

Coordinate and manage meetings, calendars, conference rooms, and event logistics
Support day‑to‑day client and executive engagements with strong follow‑through
Track action items, deliverables, and dependencies for meetings and events
Prepare meeting materials and maintain organized documentation and shared drives
Assist with planning and execution of large conferences and high‑profile events
Pay: $39/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
