Assembly technician
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision
Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed
Assemble products containing mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience with hand tools, soldering, or mechanical assembly is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
