Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
License: Valid state hoisting license (e.g., MA Hoisting License or local equivalent depending on assignment location).
Milling Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience performing asphalt milling work.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of asphalt operations, including milling, paving, stripping, and proficient heavy equipment operation.
Transportation: Must possess personal transportation to reliably travel to various regional job sites.
Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to direct work and achieve high-quality results through others.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
