If relocating to Washington State, must obtain WA RN license within 6 months of hire.

BCLS certification within 90 days of hire

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Currently licensed in the state of Washington.
Basic Life Support certification and Advanced Life Support certification accredited by AHA required
At least two years operating room/critical care experience.
At least two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position.
Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.
Excellent knowledge of ASC standards and regulations for the clinical field.
