2nd shift general laborer
Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour
Schedule 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Monday - Thursday
Overtime as needed on Friday
Flexible with day to day tasks
Load and unload inbound / outbound shipments
Manage inventory
Material handling ingredients to the line
Getting finished products packed and either stored or prepped for shipment
Inspects products prior to panning and returns rejected raw materials
Mixes & weighs out dry ingredients for recipes (Yogurt & Compound)
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
Loads & unloads pans
Scrape pans between products or as needed
Performs other routine panning room duties
Verifies lot numbers are correct on work orders & rack sheets

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights
Frequently moves merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries
Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse
Continuously works in varying temperatures, hot and cold including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments
Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
Full-time employees average 30 or more hours per week within an annual lookback period
