Powder Coating experience preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment operation, and curing processes
Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing or coating environment
Previous experience as a powder coater, industrial painter, or in a sheet metal fabrication environment is strongly preferred
