Must follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements
Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
Must follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
Must exhibit quality workmanship that adheres to engineering and customer specifications
Adheres to PCX Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards
Ability to work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as required
Must have reliable transportation
Background check and drug-screen are required
Able to lift 35 pounds consistently and team lift 70 pounds
Ability to read a metric tape measure and familiar with metric system a plus
Ability to pass the PCX training program
Ability to work closely with small teams
Ability to safely and efficiently build, lift and move sub-assemblies and both switch board electrical and mechanical components

Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations
Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklift trucks and powered lift equipment
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently, and stand for extended periods
Forklift certification license or ability to obtain forklift certification license
Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting forklift equipment issues
Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing
Proficiency in using the intranet, and management information systems (MIS)
Comprehension skills and ability to operate forklift trucks and other related powered lift equipment
Effective customer service, interpersonal, detailed oriented, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Basic math skills and familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
