Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Experience: 3+ years of pricing, RFQ, bid, tender, or transportation procurement experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
Demonstrated experience pricing and quoting international air and ocean freight services, including spot, bid, and tender opportunities.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, Incoterms, transportation modes, and global logistics networks.
Experience developing pricing strategies and influencing business decisions through data analysis and market intelligence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, reporting, and presentation of insights.
Experience utilizing CargoWise or similar transportation management and freight forwarding systems.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting), with travel for related meetings/events.
