Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft products is essential
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in creation of manufacturing Planning for product realization
Must have experience with MIL-STD documents, reading and interpretation of ASME Y14.5
Strong process management, process improvement, problem solving and cost reduction skills
CAD experience in Orcad and Autocad.
Ability to read and decipher blueprints, drawings, procedures, and GD&T.;
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Aerospace and Defense industry

Experience modeling multiple process technologies and production flows based on incomplete or low-fidelity inputs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
ITAR Requirements: you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
2-4 years of hands-on experience with Omniverse and/or robotics or factory simulation environments
Proficiency in Python (OOP) and/or C++, with experience using simulation or visualization APIs
