High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in the PCB printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.
Able to lift to 25lbs.
Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift. Ability to walk on uneven surface.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Basic computer skills for data entry.
Monday to Friday, 10:30pm-7:00am (Training will be on 1st or 2nd shift)
Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.
Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.
Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are essential.
Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas.
