Must be at least 21 years of age
At least 1 year in the cannabis indusrty
Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a patient-facing environment
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills; able to explain product information clearly and professionally
Demonstrated dependability: punctual, accountable, and consistent in follow-through
Solid understanding of basic math for cash handling and POS transactions
Experience using point-of-sale systems and basic inventory tools (or ability to quickly learn)
Knowledge of or willingness to learn cannabis products, consumption methods, dosages, and safety considerations
Familiarity with state and local cannabis compliance requirements (ID verification, purchase limits) and strict adherence to regulatory procedures
Ability to remain calm and optimistic under pressure and resolve customer concerns with integrity
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform routine merchandising tasks
Legal authorization to work and ability to pass any required background checks or state licensing
