Compliance & Systems: interact with EHR/EMR software to maintain records in HIPAA compliance
Program Support: understand Spravato REMS program and serve as Authorized Representative for the clinic

2-3 years of recent warehouse experience is required; multi-temperature warehouse experience preferred
Must be able to pass a standard physical abilities test
Have sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely

Available from 5:30PM-6:00AM or 6:30PM-5:00AM
Lift cases that weigh an average of 14 lbs (35-60 lbs on the high end)
Use a forklift and other heavy machinery to navigate the warehouse, pull products, and fulfill customer orders from one of three warehouse environments: dry (room temperature), cooler (36 degrees), or frozen (-5 degrees)
Obtain required forklift certification during in-house training
Must reside in Illinois or Indiana to be eligible for Skills for Chicago services
