Ability to help move tractor-trailer around the yard for preloads (Will train onsite, but experience with tractor-trailer is a plus)
Good distance and near vision to see obstacles, workers, and materials
Ability to judge depth and distance accurately
Adequate peripheral vision to monitor surroundings
Ability to read gauges, controls, and warning lights
Ability to hear alarms, backup signals, and verbal instructions in a noisy environment
Ability to lift approximately 25–50 lbs (tools, attachments, materials)
Ability to work long shifts (often 8–12 hours)
Ability to tolerate vibration, noise, dust, and outdoor weather conditions
Monday through Friday 6:30 to 5:00
