Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Physical ability to support warehouse activities, including standing, walking, and lifting as required, and must be able to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry, Experience loading and unloading trailers, and Experience using handheld scanners to support daily operations
Experience within last mile delivery, appliance returns, or reverse logistics environments, plus familiarity with POD compliance, return classifications (damaged vs defective), and vendor accountability
Exposure to audit processes, asset protection standards, and inventory reconciliation procedures, with the ability to apply critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form
Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, returns processing, or inventory control preferred to support accurate handling of freight and returned units
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped accurately and efficiently
Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic, supporting asset protection standards and loss prevention efforts
Complete all work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures while performing warehouse operations and freight handling
Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed to support audit readiness, audit processes, and accurate inventory control
Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time, and validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes
Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition for both outbound and return shipments
Load and unload trucks and trailers as needed, supporting dock or warehouse operations in the transportation industry and last mile delivery activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) for tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records in coordination with internal systems
