Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
5 to 7 years of experience
Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zoom, VPN solutions)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
