Direct Hire Role
Location: Downtown Chattanooga, TN (Hybrid)
Pay: $50k base plus commission
Prospect and build relationships with manufacturers, warehouses, and industrial facilities
Secure long term dumpster placements and recurring service contracts
Meet with facility managers, operations leaders, and business owners to assess waste needs
Prepare and present service proposals and contracted bids
Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
Partner closely with operations to ensure reliable service and account retention
Track leads, bids, and opportunities to support consistent business growth
Waste industry experience (roll off, front load, recycling, or environmental services)
Experience selling to manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities
Familiarity with contracted service agreements and recurring revenue models
Strong sales experience and a proven ability to build relationships may substitute for direct industry experience for the right candidate
Aggressive commission structure on new accounts and long term placements
