Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings required
Basic computer skills required
Strong hand dexterity and ability to work with small parts
Ability to perform a variety of assembly operations accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Ability to lift: 20–50 lbs occasionally; 10–25 lbs frequently; Up to 10 lbs constantly
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
Good manual dexterity and visual acuity required
Ability to work with repetitive hand movements and precision tools
