Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Open-air yard facility
Move, organize, stage, and store scaffolding materials and related equipment
Load and unload scaffolding components
Prepare materials for delivery, pickup, and job-site needs
Assist with moving heavy, bulky, and awkward materials throughout the yard
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with inventory counts and verify materials entering and leaving the facility
Help prepare and secure loads for transportation
Inspect materials for visible damage and report concerns
Assist drivers and team members with loading and unloading
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Perform additional yard, material handling, and general labor duties as assigned
Previous experience in construction, scaffolding, material handling, warehouse, yard operations, or general labor preferred
Must be comfortable working in an open-air/outdoor facility
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record required
CDL-A preferred for candidates interested in permanent hire
Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic
Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team
The job requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving scaffolding materials throughout the workday
