Reads orders and follows blueprint instructions
Builds assemblies to specified bill of materials (BOM); ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble seats
Obtains parts for assembly by way of blueprint, pick list, and/or order
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk frequently
Ability to use a computer to access blueprints and CAD drawings
Must have strong math and measurement skills
Ability to read English
Candidates must reside in Illinois or Indiana
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-year minimum experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 facility certification and strong knowledge base of quality inspections
Must have experience with measurement instruments such as Optical Comparator, Micrometer, Caliper, Go/No Go Gauges
Must have experience with ASQ/ANSI Zl.4 sampling plans
Must have supported CAPA, NCR, Customer Complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
Must reside within the ability to perform the job duties (physical demands) as described
Ability to work Monday-Friday 6:45 AM-3:05 PM
