Must have a valid Driver's License is required to operate company vehicle/or trucks
Must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug test and meet federal DOT driver requirements
Basic reading/writing ability to comply with road signs, complete paperwork and knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations is also required
Candidates must possess good knowledge of state and local roadways and have experience with operating delivery vehicles of varying sizes
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds for long periods of time and knowledge of safety procedures for securing and transporting cargo is essential
Must be able to stand for long periods of time while performing flagging job duties
Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass MVR as well as a driving test
Must be willing to travel as project sites
Must be willing to be on a rotating on-call schedule
Must have some mechanical background/experience
Certification (from ATSSA) as Worksite Traffic Technician or Supervisor is highly preferred
Prior experience in traffic control set ups is a plus

The candidate must have demonstrated ability to work across departmental lines.
Must be willing and have the ability to interpret manufacturers' manuals and apply hands-on skills in repairing certain mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including but not limited to:
Reading and interpreting Electrical Schematics, P&ID;'s, and One Line Diagrams
Perform calibration of analyzers, field instrumentation, and have the ability to assist in troubleshooting control system problems up to 600VAC
Have a working knowledge of computers and typical computer programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Projects)
Proficiency with a variety of I/E hand tools meters, instrument calibration equipment etc.
Working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, motors, processing and cooling equipment.
