High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of warehousing/manufacturing environment or experience
Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of schematics
Experience using torque wrenches and test equipment and related troubleshooting
Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office, and Shop Floor Control
Knowledge, understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing tools, such as, 5S, Kanban Inventory
Ability to make decisions and stay quality focused
Ability to understand and follow work instructions, both written and oral
Ability to adapt to conditions as dictated by business requirements
Proven teamwork experience
