Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, the Global Launch Process, and the Vehicle Development Process.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and environments to meet program and plant needs.
Demonstrated depth in core process engineering disciplines (e.g., tooling, ergonomics, process capability, automation/controls interface).
5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to use data to prioritize and justify recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence, coach, and align diverse stakeholders from plant operators to senior leadership.
