Proficiency in creating and controlling production processes and documentation
Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38534 standards.
Materials selection and design for MCM (Multi-Chip Module) manufacturing

5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn and manage multiple processes and unique equipment
Experience in evaluating and addressing non-conforming materials
Microelectronics packaging design and qualification testing techniques
Experienced with production processes including die attach (BESI/MRSI), flip-chip, gold and aluminum ultrasonic wire bonding, and mechanical screening
Knowledge of cleanroom, ESD, and FOD procedures
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Drive continuous improvement of processes in a low rate production environment
Basic CAD skills, preferably with Creo
Capable of performing equipment-related tasks including installations and maintenance
