Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning as a construction Project Manager.
Direct field experience managing at least 2 to 3 construction projects valued over $1M each.
Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and highly detailed technical manuals.
Working knowledge of local permitting processes including DERM, SFWMD, and building departments.
Strong contract administration skills including AIA pay requisitions, bank draws, and change orders.

Three (3) years of experience in construction management, engineering, architecture, and/or transportation project implementation.
