Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years Management experience.
Must have experience managing P&Ls.
Must be willing to travel to different hospitality and commercial locations on a daily/weekly basis as needed to support operations.
Prior experience in the hospitality and commercial industry (Parking, Restaurants, Hotels, Class A Buildings, Office Buildings, etc) is required.
Experience managing multi-site facilities is required.
Valid driver's license required.
Previous experience working in fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.

Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
