High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required
Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency
Mandatory local laws shall also prevail
Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records
Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately
Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing
Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review
Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy
Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity
CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred
