10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience, including multi-country payroll oversight (US plus at least one of India/Philippines strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or in lieu of degree, 6 years equivalent Payroll experience/certification
Extensive knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
