Complete production logs accurately
Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive
Add salt to tables
Adhere to all DFA Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety and GMKP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity
Clean the Curd Augers
Attend required training, including but not limited to, Environmental, Health, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
Relieve cooker/molder operator as needed
Assist cooker/molder operator to change RMC molds
Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
Follow all DFA good Manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Make sure tables in production area are in good condition before curd is pumped into them
Ensure cheese meets specifications and PH is at specific level before draining whey and adding water
Assist CIP crews in tear downs of the curd tables
Submit samples for lab testing
Monitor curd PH's and ingredients
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Keep work area clean and up to 5S standards
