Enjoys staying busy, taking initiative, and contributing to a high level of member service throughout their entire shift
Welcome and check members into the fitness center.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience.
Answer phone calls and assist members with questions, scheduling needs, and booking massage appointments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the fitness center, locker rooms, and athletic spaces.
Restock towels, toiletries, water, and other locker room amenities.
Monitor and tidy fitness equipment and common areas throughout the day.
Assist with opening procedures and ensure all athletic areas are prepared for member use.
Complete daily cleaning and organizational tasks.
Proactively identify areas that need attention and take initiative without needing constant direction.
Support other Athletics Department duties as assigned.
