Minimum Qualifications: Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of different equipment used in a distribution center environment
Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, etc)
Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OHSHA
Work order experience preferred
Experience operating various Power Equipment would be considered a strong asset. Location is willing to train those that are willing to learn, but, must be able to maintain certifications
Openness to assist with minor tasks such as picking up garbage on the floor to assisting to repair DC equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & forklift use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.
May work at heights and in cold areas at times
