Must be at least 18 years of age or older
General knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning protocols
General knowledge of basic maintenance skills
Must have a valid Driver's License
Ability to drive a golf cart and company vehicles as needed
Must be willing to clean bathhouses, cabins, and public spaces
Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
Ability to operate equipment and machinery such as tractors, skid loaders and mowers
Ability to operate hand held and small tools/power equipment
Must be able to push/pull/lift a maximum of 60 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, climb ladders 90% of the shift.

Repair, modify, and replace parts on electronic units
Analyze failed phones using established methods and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within scheduled timeframes, providing break/fix solutions using OEM standards
Disassemble and reassemble cell phones into good cosmetic condition
Remove and replace LCDs in back housings
Remove and replace motherboards and batteries as needed
Replace screws and perform component-level repairs
Perform other assigned tasks as needed, depending on business requirements
Weekly pay starts at $18.00/hr.
The schedule for this role may vary and can include weekends and overtime as needed.
