Facility Maintenance Technician
Processes work orders for repairs, improvements, upkeep and preventative maintenance for a large commercial property with numerous HVAC units and an aquatics/pool area
They will ensure the upkeep and repair of grounds and buildings is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Schedule: * Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with some weekend work when needed
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year

2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training is required
CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications are also required (can be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
At times, will be required to be on call
