Front desk, receptionist, office admin, or hospitality experience
Confidence talking to customers face-to-face and on the phone
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
The position is temporary (about 7 weeks)

Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate the showroom's appointment policy to walk in and scheduled customers
Manage customer sign ins, central appointment calendar, and customer job folders
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments for the sales team
Answer and transfer incoming calls in a pleasant, professional manner using a multi line phone system
