Minimum of 7 years plumbing/mechanical construction experience
Minimum 2 years of foreman/leadership experience
Strong background in commercial plumbing systems, HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment installation
Knowledge of commercial mechanical codes, blueprints, and construction safety standards
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and EPA Certification are required
Valid driver's license

Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections throughout the shift
