The position lifts heavy objects (up to including 50 pounds)
The position requires the ability to move arms and legs quickly
Load and unload equipment from trucks
Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately
Clean debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites
Dig trenches as instructed
Erect temporary structures
Assist in installing pipes and drains
Performs OQ (Operator Qualification) tasks

Ensure that all work is being done in compliance with the company's protocols
Fill potholes to facilitate the construction process
Brings problems to the attention of the foreman
The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
Promote and monitor the safety of team members
Place traffic signs to warn traffic of construction in process
The employee must have excellent stamina
