Manual Machinist
Ability to operate manual machines: Lathes, HBM's and Vertical Boring Mills
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Proven experience in measuring and recording dimensions accurately with calibrated measuring tools
Make new parts from raw materials
Make parts from both samples and prints
Machine welded components back to specifications
Produce drawings for documentation and future use
Order machinery supplies and maintain necessary inventory
Machining Experience: 4 years minimum

At least 1 year of general work experience.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license (does not include driver's permit).
Must be 19 years old or older.
Repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting.
Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift.
Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems.
Must be able to maintain a forklift certification.
Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license.
Work up to 35 feet above ground-level.
Specific vision requirements may include close, distance, color, peripheral visions, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints.
