Physically capable of performing a variety of Warehouse Duties
Unloading Containers: Safely and efficiently unload goods from shipping containers using manual and mechanical methods
Inspection & Verification: Inspect and verify received goods against shipping documents to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to damages
Sorting & Organization: Sort and organize items based on type, size, and destination within the warehouse
Documentation : Accurately record all received items, including quantities, descriptions, and conditions, using warehouse management systems
Inventory Management: Assist in updating inventory records and maintaining accurate stock levels
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Experience : Previous experience in container unloading, warehousing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in handling and documenting goods
Communication Skills : Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
