High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of electrical experience in residential and/or commercial environments.
Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and build customer trust.
Proficiency with CRM systems, mobile applications, and basic computer software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be insurable under the company's vehicle insurance program.
Relevant electrical certifications or licensing preferred where applicable.
