Must be familiar with and have basic computer skills to be able to make data entries on a daily basis for labor hours and for inventory control
WORK ENVIRONMENT: you will be exposed to vapors, airborne particles or toxic chemical (safely below occupational limits); work near moving mechanical parts and/or be in contact with moving mechanical equipment
Must be able to work with a microscope, small hand tools, have good manual dexterity and good hand/eye/tool coordination
VISION REQUIREMENTS: be able to identify and distinguish colors, be required to use close vision, have the ability to adjust focus and determine depth
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate will occasionally stand, walk, stoop, bend, knee, crouch; be able to lift and carry 10-24 lbs; you will frequently need to hear to listen or talk to ask questions or provide feedback; will continuously need to sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms

Advanced working knowledge of flight hardware, tooling/GSE, bonding, composite materials, riveting, and other processes associated with tool shop and aerospace assembly operations
Ability to work occasionally in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold or rain
This position requires the use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR
Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Advanced mathematical proficiency, including Algebra, Trigonometry, and GD&T-related; calculations
Ability to set up and operate fabrication and machining equipment, including band saws, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, and hoist/crane equipment
Ability to travel off-site occasionally to customer facilities to perform work
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, including drill motors, grinders, and basic precision measurement instruments such as micrometer, calipers, and bore gauges
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an Assembler, including prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
