HR Specialist manages day-to-day transactional activities within the Human Resources function, ensuring employee records, compliance documentation, and routine HR processes are maintained accurately and efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent HR or administrative experience accepted)
2–4 years of HR administrative or HR operations experience
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems (experience with systems such as ADP Workforce Now is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, particularly in a plant or manufacturing environment
